I help athletes, leaders, coaches, teams, and organizations thrive under pressure through evidence-based mental performance training and leadership development.
For more than 25 years, I have worked across sport and performance psychology, teaching, research, leadership, and high-performance sport — supporting Olympians, Paralympians, national teams, coaches, executives, healthcare professionals, and emerging leaders.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: clients lead. Their needs, goals, experiences, and context matter. My role is to create a thoughtful, trusting, and professional space where people can build the mental skills, self-awareness, and leadership capacities needed to perform effectively, navigate challenge, and sustain excellence over time.
I am also a co-founder of Mental Metrics Lab, an evidence-based mental performance assessment and development company for sport organizations.
Coastal Human Performance and Mental Metrics Lab reflect two complementary parts of the same mission: helping people and organizations develop the psychological skills required to thrive under pressure.
