Hi, I’m Sharleen.

Helping people and organizations thrive under pressure.

Pressure is part of every meaningful performance. It can sharpen us, challenge us, and sometimes overwhelm us. I believe that thriving under pressure is not about personality - it’s about developing the mental skills, self-awareness, and leadership capacities that allow people to perform effectively while sustaining their wellbeing.

With more than 25 years in high-performance sport, I bring together elite applied experience, research expertise, and an athlete-centered, ethically grounded approach. My work helps athletes, coaches, and leaders build the mental skills, recovery habits, and self-regulation needed for sustainable performance.

My Approach

  • Clients lead. Every person’s goals, experience and context are unique.

  • Pressure is trainable. Mental skills can be developed through deliberate practice.

  • Evidence and ethics guide my practice. Every recommendation is grounded in research, professional standards, and your individual needs.

  • Practical matters. The best strategies are the ones you can apply when it matters most.
