Sports Performance Coaching

I specialize in mental skill training that helps athletes perform at their best — especially when it matters most. With over 25 years of experience supporting Olympic athletes, national teams, and developing performers, I use science-based tools to build focus, confidence, resilience, and recovery strategies.

My approach is holistic — prioritizing not only performance but also mental health and psychological safety. I am a certified Resilience and Enhancement in Sport, Exercise, and Training (RESET) instructor, and I use evidence-based assessments like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Psychological Characteristics for Developing Excellence to guide tailored, assessment-informed programs.

Whether you're an athlete, coach, or sport parent, I offer training grounded in research and real-world experience. Above all, I respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality — your personal information is never used for promotion or shared without consent.

    Gain clarity on your mental performance with a science-backed assessment designed to identify your strengths and areas for growth. You'll receive a detailed written report and a follow-up online session to personalize your next steps and create a targeted plan for performance excellence. Mental skill assessment packages are available for sport teams - with individual reports for athletes and a composite coach profile report.

  • Individual Consultation

    I offer one-on-one mental skills training for athletes and coaches, tailored to your performance goals. Individual consultation begins with two intake sessions (50 minutes) to develop your individualized program curriculum. Choose from four- or eight-month programs, or book single sessions. Training is available online or in person in Victoria for flexible, focused support.

  • Team Consultation

    I provide group-based mental performance training for teams that aligns with coach leadership and enhances both individual and team development. Sessions are focused, efficient, and engaging and can be delivered online or in person in Victoria—supporting strong mental skills and cohesive team dynamics.

  • Sport Parent Workshop and Webinars

    I offer sport parent workshops that equip you with practical tools to support your young athlete’s mindset and mental skills for success. Tailored to the specific sport and developmental stage, these engaging sessions—delivered online or in person in Victoria—blend cutting-edge research with a fun, interactive style.
