RESET Resilience Mental Skills Training
RESET is a small-group mental skills training program for youth athletes and performers in Victoria, BC. Through practical activities, guided reflection and shared discussion, participants learn how to manage pressure, respond constructively to mistakes and setbacks, and strengthen confidence, focus and resilience.
What is RESET?
RESET stands for Resilience and Enhancement in Sport, Exercise, and Training. It is a structured mental skills curriculum that helps youth athletes respond more effectively to pressure, mistakes, setbacks and the challenges of competitive sport. Athletes learn practical strategies they can apply in training, competition and everyday life.

A practical introduction to managing pressure, calming the body, recovering from mistakes, and identifying a personal focus or confidence strategy.

The complete RESET curriculum, delivered over three Fridays with time between sessions for athletes to practise and apply their skills.
