RESET PROGRAM
RESILENCE AND ENHANCEMENT IN SPORT, EXERCISE, & TRAINING
Sharleen is a trained instructor for the RESET program. RESET is a six-session mental skills program that empowers youth athletes’ self-leadership. RESET was developed by Dr. Ashley Kuchar and is grounded in the science of Mindful Self-Compassion by Dr. Kristen Neff and Dr. Christopher Germer. RESET equips participants with practical tools and strategies to take on challenges and effectively bounce forward from mistakes, setbacks, and failures.
The RESET program comes with a workbook to support learning with exercises and areas to record notes and self-reflections.
The Six Session topics include:
Bouncing forward
Mindfulness
Discovering your inner coach
Gratitude, strengths, and self-care
Wise and supportive coach
Goals and game plans

Builds your resilience skills to ‘bounce forward’ while you tackle hard things in competitive sport and life
Develops your capacity to take care of yourself and build joy into the things that matter to you

Your group or team can be led through the RESET program in a way that fits for you.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individuals can sign up for 1:1 coaching. RESET can be tailored to support your performance concerns such as self-doubt, comparison, fear of failure, injury recovery, low confidence, performance anxiety, managing expectations, and worry about letting down others.
