What is RESET Resilience Camp?

RESET Resilience camp is based on the RESET (Resilience and Enhancement in Sport, Exercise, and Training) program developed by Dr. Ashley Kuchar and adapted from Dr. Kirstin Neff’s Self-Compassion training.  With proven results, RESET has been adopted past four years with NCAA and Canadian University athletes sharpen their mental skills to thrive in high-performance moments.

This week-long, half-day camp is all about helping you:

  • Stay cool in high-pressure moments

  • Bounce back after a tough game, test, or performance

  • Strengthen confidence through how you talk to yourself

  • Use your strengths to excel in challenging moments
